Approach: Ashley provides training and facilitation for organizations, schools and community groups on various aspects of human/community development, conflict transformation, social work practice, sexuality education, and trauma-informed practice. Her facilitation and mediation approach is informed by training at the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) and other, more community organizing based approaches to transforming conflict within organizations and between humans.
How it works: Facilitation and training needs vary greatly in duration and scope, from brief meetings to ongoing, process-based consultation, to half-day or multiple day trainings. These are typically located on-site at your organization or virtually.
Fees: Group facilitation, training, and retreat formation are negotiated based on budget and organizational needs. Consultation rates begin at an hourly rate of $120 per hour.
